First, online activation didn't work, and the person on chat directed me to the offline activation method - which we disagreed strongly on the complexity of (I think it is very complicated). \ The activation process was extremely troublesome. I was told one included upgrades and one didn't, though buying the cheapest still told me at the end of the process that I could have upgrades. The pricing is very confusing - for a lifetime licence, I saw about $150, $90, and $53, with little explanation of the differences. Pricing is confusing activation probably needs chat help underlying product is good.

Many thanks Ewan I am truly grateful for your help & patience. Don't have any hesitation using EaseUS & rest assured the support offered is first class & human (God like) lol. I loved the way that Ewan put my mind to rest by saying 'don't worry I will fix it' which of course he did. Now most of the time everything goes super smooth without issues, but my PC had an issue which was not curable by a mortal like me. All I can say is that the patience & professionalism sorted my problem & I am so grateful for EWAN'S help. After joining the TeamvIer at EWAN'S invitation I watched with amazement at how Ewan fixed my PC remotely & started to reclone the new drive again. The cloning software is superb & duly cloned my drive, but an problem with my PC stoped the new drive from Booting Up.

I had tried several times to clone my original drive onto a bigger capacity SSD. I had help from Ewan who sorted out a problem with my PC.
